What is the drag coefficient equation as you go higher and higher in elevation until you reach space?

As a projectile goes through the atmosphere there must me a kind of simplified coefficient change, that's a good approximation. For example when a rocket is launched to space, the drag force must change when it goes through each of the atmosphere's layers.
