Where are all the dominican men in Philly? Also, is it true Dominican men do not like Blk women?

I'm a 24 year old Blk female who lives in Philly. We have a large (huuuuge) population of Puerto Ricans, but i've noticed not alot of Dominican males. I find them to be sooo y. So where are they? (Those who live in or around Philly will probably be more equipped to answer this question!)
