Accidentally ran over my neighbors cat?

Ok so i just got my licence and a new car, i went to a party earlier and drank alot i drove my car anyway because i wasnt that drunk. So i was on my street and felt like a bumb which scared me so i swerved into a little fence and knocked the whole fence down when i got out to look i realized i hit my neighbors cat harris he was just laying there so i picked him up and put him in my car and just drove to my house my car only has a little dent its fine you cant even tell but now i have my neighbors dead cat in my closet if i tell anyone i will get my car taken away for good! i have no idea what to do im so scared someone help!
