Help , What do you think this could be ?

Im having Really Sharp Pains in my left side, all the way up to my arm pit to my hip , and it continues half way over my and down my back. Im , dizzy all the time , loss of appite, It hurts to sit straight up , i need to be slouched. Im Having mive headaches , and im puking up Blood and some Clear stuff and when i go pee if feel a tingly sensation on my leg , almost as if it was running down my leg but im not. I have Acid Reflux Disease. But This is some different type of pain. What do you think this may be? Help , do you recommend me to go to the doctors ?
