I'm livid! Could this possibly be correct action on my psychiatrist's part?

I too have been in the game for a while, the thing that pisses me off (not sure about America) but here(Australia) you see the psych and they ask the same questions, time after, time after time aft.......... and write your response and anything else you add in the "case notes", then next time you go see them they bring up something you were talking about in the previous session. Eg. I say to him, "I'm going away this weekend". I see him in a f/n again and he reads over the case notes to see, that's right, they went away a couple of weekends ago, so i'll act like I give a damn about your life, ask you all about it and pretend like I give a damn. When in reality this snobby rich "doctor" with a prescription pad sees in exess of 100 patients a week...... like he gives a fu*k. The whole medication thing is a joke....... you don't even want to get me started........
