New young budgie problem?

we have just bought 2 sweet budgies, one is fine and dandy, the other seems to have deformed feet..although it seems fine on a perch he does seem to walk funny..is this a major problem and should i seek a vets advice? both budgies are very young and are so tame it is unreal...any help or advice would be great...thanks
