My wife is in increasing pain when i finish inside of her.?

So this has been this way from the beginning. before we got married we had one time. well tried would be better because the ammount of pain she was in was un berable and i could see it. then we got married and have been pretty frequent with our visits down under. at one point it was pretty close to every night( minus that part of the month). Now thats all fine and dandy It works just fine. The issue i am having is now. Now when i finish inside of her she hurts so bad she is in tears. no itch no smell just Tears she has been to several different doctors and a gyno or too and no one can see m to tell her what is wrong. she is pretty good when i dont finish inside her she is always a little tender but nothing to the extreme of when i do finish inside of her. Any one have any suggestions?
