Would the dr do a hysterectomy with my c section?

with my first pregnancy (c section) i bled soo badly they were talking about taking me back in the operating room and giving me a hysterectomy... my blood pressure had sank to 37/23 because i had lost soo much blood and i had 2 blood transfusions.... now is it a possiblity that the dr would let me just have a hysterectomy along with the c section? and if i did would that eliminate the possibility to bleed out again? because if they were just going to take me in and do a hysterectomy to STOP my bleeding, wouldn't that erase the possibilty to bleed out if they just do it with the next c section? and has anyone had a c section AND a hysterectomy at the same time!?
