Have you had a dog with Cushing's Disease?

Our miniature poodle appears to have developed Cushing's Disease. I know that some forms of this disease are fatal if surgery cannot cure it. I was curious as to how long my dog will have a reasonably good quality of life, before we should think about euthanasia? Thanks.
