I need help choosing what camera to buy!!!?

Hello, I want to buy a low budget HD camera. I have been researching a lot and im still undecided. I was looking at the Aiptek GVS. Its quality is superb. Its still got some flaws. I may be willing to pay around 200 dollars or a little more, but I don't want to get those low end HD cameras. Would you recommend me a camera? Are there any better cameras than the GVS for around the same price? Please help, and thanks!!
