I need some new ideas for fun hair?

Ok, so my hair is long and dirty blonde. I have colored it dark brown in the past but since its summer I want to keep it light. I can speak from certainty that red hair does not look good on me. I am thinking highlights. Bright colored highlights would be cool (I just got out of a school that didnt allow any unnatural hair colors so I am feeling a little rebellious lol ;) ) I have dark brown eyes and light skin (with a tan now) if that info helps. So let me know your ideas! Thanks!
