Pseudo West Indian accent. What is it with that awful accent that some of the young ones have in England?

It's a kind of pseudo West Indian accent mixed with ney and everything is dat, dis, innit and it sounds so flat and ugly. Nothing like the rich accents from the West Indies which are very attractive. Also white kids speak in that accent too, do they find it hard to get jobs when they speak in that silly way?
